Position: Engineering and Maintenance ManagerLocation: Clovis, NM areaDescription:️ Manage and provide leadership, direction, and support to the maintenance department, ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance services in line with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws.️ Ensure safety, quality, yields, throughput, and efficiencies are consistently met.️ Resolve any issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.Responsibilities:️ Develop and lead a skilled maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient working condition.️ Maintain operating equipment to ensure it remains in satisfactory condition and operates within vendor/manufacturer specifications and tolerances.️ Establish clear objectives and performance standards for maintenance activities and projects to align with departmental, divisional, and corporate goals.️ Oversee the execution of maintenance plans, tracking progress and performance to ensure optimal results.Qualifications:️ Ammonia-based experience is highly preferred.️ Proven background in maintenance and engineering.️ 5+ years of experience in maintenance and 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.️ Experience managing capital projects from initiation to completion.️ Strong budgetary experience, including cost management and forecasting.️ Proficient with Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD.️ Experience in CIP/Sanitation is a plus.
