To learn more, please visit us at Key Responsibilities Follow our Quality Management System and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with all projects. Engage in the development and engineering of disposable medical devices from concept to production. Participate in hands‑on product and process development, including the design and prototyping of catheters and other disposable products. Utilize SolidWorks to design devices and construct prototypes in our state‑of‑the‑art laboratory environment. Collaborate on designing catheter‑based delivery systems for various medical disciplines, including cardiology, neurology, and urology. Support the acquisition, setup, and qualification of new equipment, contributing to the creation of preventive maintenance procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and customers about project status, timelines, and any issues that arise. Prepare and assist in product development and quality planning, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting. Participate in feasibility and reliability testing plans for catheter systems, developing and validating in‑vitro and in‑vivo models. Assist in the development of pilot and manufacturing equipment and procedures, supporting the transition of projects to full‑scale production. Qualifications Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with disposable design and development, materials knowledge, and prototyping is a plus. Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software is preferred. Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAD programs. Why Join Us?
