JOB TITLE: Engineering Drafter (Remote) - Defense
LOCATION: Remote, U.S.
PAY RATE: $60-75/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform PWB placement and layout from design through fabrication artwork generation.

• Utilize layout tools such as Zuken CR-8000 and Siemens Xpedition EDM.

• Work directly with cross-functional teams to resolve design, manufacturability, and EMI-related issues.

• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple high-visibility program tasks.

• Communicate project status clearly and meet schedule commitments.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance required.

• 6+ years of experience in PWB layout and design.

• Proficient in CAD tools with extensive experience in Zuken CR-8000 and Siemens Xpedition.

• Strong background in PWB fabrication and schematic interpretation.

• Deep understanding of layout principles for high-speed and RF mixed-signal designs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
