Resource's typical working day: Everything is a work order system. They will have work orders in the system to tell them what to do. Preventative maintenance on Rooftop units/HVAC, air compressors, doing fire extinguisher inspections, basic maintenance of the building but do need a higher level of experience. Air conditioning and ventilation, needs to understand mechanics. Doc maintenance such as levels, restraints, overheads. Fire life safety systems, preventative, fire pumps, wet sprinklers, valves
HVAC equipment experience from preventative maintenance to troubleshooting to repairs

Years of Experience needed: 5 years preferred, 2-3 required
Level of Education: High School Diploma or GED
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office
Certifications/Licenses: Not required, but nice to have: CFC universal certification
Top Must have Skills: 1. Must have a mechanical background and be able to troubleshoot
2. Independently motivated, initiative, self-supervised, need to be able to trust this person
3. Communication skills between client and manager, need to be responsive with any issues
Top Nice to have Skills: Electrical exp
Interview Process: 2 rounds over Teams or Onsite

Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.
