Hours: Overnight 12 hour shift. 7pm-7am. 2-3-2 schedule for days.
Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In person
Location: NC226-Iron Station-1000 Timken Place
Assignment Duration: 3 months, possible extension
Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: Yes, XX27/hr
Resource's typical working day: Overnight Shift
Work in back part of plant in complex area
Conducting pm and diagnostic of chillers and boilers for plant
Night shift with a skeleton crew; you need to be able to troubleshoot and contact the right channels to keep production going
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Must Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Years of Experience needed: Preferred 3+ years
Level of Education: HS Diploma/GED
Systems/Software proficiencies: Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Certifications/Licenses: Preferred HVAC EPA Licenses
Top Must have Skills: Communicates well, organized
Top Nice to have Skills: Experience in Field
