Engineering Manager (Continuous Improvement)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of process development and continuous improvement across a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in process improvement and team leadership/mentoring. You’ll play a key role in transitioning our client into a more structured, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing/Process Engineers across a multi-building campus
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance yield, efficiency, and quality
• Oversee process development for precision mechanical and glass-based assemblies
• Partner cross-functionally (R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain) to support NPI and operational goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in Manufacturing / Process Engineering on a technical product line
• Background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, CI methodologies)
• Demonstrated leadership experience—able to coach, mentor, and influence teams through change
• Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role within a complex manufacturing setting

Package

• Base salary: $130,000 – $145,000 + BONUS
