Construction Project Manager Overview We are seeking an Construction Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in a manufacturing and product development environment. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring technical deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance expectations. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and technical staff. Manage engineering priorities, workloads, and project timelines. Oversee the design and development of engineered products and systems. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and design review when needed. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and other internal teams to support product development and production. Maintain engineering documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and processes. Support technical discussions with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
