Overview
The Engineering Program Manager will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The role spans the entire life cycle of the solution or service, including engaging caregivers, defining requirements, managing releases, establishing product identity, and supporting the caregiver community in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services.
Engage with caregivers to gather insights and ensure solutions meet their needs.
Work with engineering to define the solution or service and manage its release.
Establish the solution/service’s identity within the ecosystem.
Connect with and support the caregiver community.
Apply customer‑needs analysis, design, problem‑solving, decision‑making, collaboration, and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 or more years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare environment.
