What you’ll do the company is building AI-powered products that require tight coordination across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, legal, and finance partners. As an Engineering Program Manager, you will own cross‑functional execution for our AI initiatives and ensure complex, multi‑team work actually ships. This role exists to make ambiguity explicit, sequence work across multiple teams, and close every loop. You will turn strategy into structured plans with clear objectives, deadlines, and decision logs. You will unblock stalled initiatives, elevate when necessary, and hold teams accountable to commitments — without senior engineers having to context‑switch into program management. If you are energized by driving clarity in chaos, enforcing operational rigor, and pushing work across the finish line, this role is for you. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We require three coordinated days in the office per week — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work! Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end execution of AI programs across product, engineering, infrastructure, security, legal, and partner teams from planning through launch. Translate complex, multi‑team initiatives into structured execution plans, with clear milestones, dependencies, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Establish and maintain a single source of truth for all workstreams, ensuring visibility into status, risks, decisions, and open actions. Lead cross‑functional forums and decision reviews, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged, decisions are documented, and follow‑ups are actioned. Proactively identify and resolve risks, misalignment, and blockers, escalating when necessary and driving stalled work to completion. Requirements 5+ years of experience in program management Demonstrated track record shipping complex, multi‑team products Experience working in AI, agentic or consumer‑facing technologies Bonus points Background in engineering operations, event planning, or other high‑intensity operational environments Experience shipping AI or ML‑powered products Experience working on infrastructure‑heavy or technically complex initiatives Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $140,000 - $210,000 USD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package. the company LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital One, N.A. #J-18808-Ljbffr
