Our team designs systems from concept to commissioning, including system and network architecture, software development, component assembly, technology configuration, installation, testing, certification, ongoing support, and maintenance.About the RoleJoin our implementation team as an Engineering Project Manager to drive delivery of utility scale SCADA systems. You will coordinate with our design teams, software engineers, contractors, regulators, and clients to manage a portfolio of 5-10 large scale 50MW and above solar and battery storage projects. You will collaborate across the organization with our technology, engineering, and business development teams.ResponsibilitiesTechnical understanding of SCADA deliverables to manage internal and external stakeholder expectationsDeveloping and managing all aspects of a project including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery teamEngage with the internal and external stakeholders in the development of a project planManage communication among internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks/issues, and solutionsActively manage multiple concurrent projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedulesCreate change orders for additional or out-of-scope workTrack and report on project portfolio performanceSupport business development activities such as reviewing pricing estimates and project scopeQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related fieldDemonstrated experience in Project Management, preferably in the Electrical Utility, Renewable Energy, or Control Automation IndustryPMP Certification preferredPractical experience in applying project management practices and proceduresWorking knowledge of renewable energy generation, electrical engineering, and SCADA technologiesStrong computer skills in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and SharePointStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be authorized to work in the United States.
