Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

   • Independently plan, execute, and direct cross-functional engineering projects, adapting standard engineering principles to meet project goals.

2. Cross-Functional Management:

   • Manage projects across various functions, providing direct supervision to team members and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

3. Financial Management:

   • Oversee project costs, including capital expenditures and cross-functional expenses, to ensure projects stay within budget.

4. Problem Resolution:

   • Identify and resolve complex engineering problems, developing new design experiments and solutions with minimal supervision.

5. Communication:

   • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong skills in matrix management.

6. Independent Judgment:

   • Exercise independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting various engineering techniques to achieve project outcomes.

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

• Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • 2-5 years of experience in matrix management.

  • Strong knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines and up-to-date industry practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
