Job Title: Engineering Project Manager III
Location: Skaneateles, NY
Duration: 1 Year Contract

• Lead cross-functional teams in complex engineering assignments on a project-by-project basis, potentially crossing traditional product lines.
• Independently plan, execute, and direct cross-functional engineering projects, applying diverse approaches to problem-solving through adaptations and modifications of standard engineering principles.
• Manage projects on a cross-functional basis, including direct supervision of team members.
• Oversee all financial aspects of project development, including capital expenditures and cross-functional expenses.
• Identify and resolve complex problems, including developing new design experiments without supervision.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
• 2-5 years of matrix management experience.
• Strong matrix management experience are required.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting various engineering techniques.
• Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines.
