Responsibilities Full-time position - 40 hours a week A rotation of on-call with two other team members to cover evenings/nights, weekends and holidays Must be available for call-back when on-call Inside and outside work Basic construction skills, electrical and plumbing knowledge helpful Basic repair and maintenance job knowledge Job may include but is not limited to painting, general maintenance, some general construction, moving equipment, snow removal, etc. Must be capable of working independently and with others, great people skills Must pay attention to detail and follow instructions Qualifications Must be over 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Must meet post offer requirements including a physical, urine drug screen, OIG and background screening, immunization records #J-18808-Ljbffr
