We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineering Technician to support our engineering team in developing, testing, and repairing electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PCB rework, component soldering, and troubleshooting complex electronic devices.Key Responsibilities:Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems and components.Perform PCB rework, including soldering, desoldering, and replacing surface-mount and through-hole components.Assist in prototyping and modifying electronic circuits as per design specifications.Conduct performance testing and quality assurance for electronic products.Analyze and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and data sheets.Maintain and calibrate electronic testing equipment.Document test results, findings, and recommended solutions for electronic systems.Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve design or production issues.Provide support for electronic system installations and upgrades.Qualifications:Proven experience in PCB rework and electronic component troubleshooting.Proficiency with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment.Familiarity with ESD safety protocols and practices.Knowledge of industry standards for electronics manufacturing and repair.Ability to read and understand technical schematics and engineering drawings.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721).Experience with microcontroller programming or firmware updates.Familiarity with CAD tools for circuit design.
