We are partnering with a client that specializes in the manufacturing of products supporting HVAC and flow control applications. Due to continued growth and increased production demand, they are adding a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to their team as a new headcount.

This role supports day-to-day manufacturing operations and works closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot CNC processes, improve manufacturing flow, and enhance overall process efficiency and product quality.

About The Company:

  • Established, financially stable manufacturer with a long history of success in airflow, HVAC, and industrial applications
  • Mid-sized, team-oriented environment where individual contributions are visible and valued—not a large corporate bureaucracy
  • Hands-on role with exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment

  • Real opportunity to make an impact through process improvements, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support the installation and debugging of production equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance product quality, throughput, and profitability.
  • Create, update, and maintain visual and written work instructions.
  • Update and maintain manufacturing routings and process documentation.
  • Assist in developing manufacturing infrastructure to support the integration or deployment of new manufacturing processes.
  • Perform time studies and monitor manufacturing processes to reduce waste, cycle time, and quality losses.
  • Utilize ERP systems to retrieve, update, and maintain production and manufacturing data.
  • Perform other manufacturing engineering support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience around general manufacturing equipment.
  • 3+ years of CNC programming and operating experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
