MAU is hiring an Engineering Technician for Bosch in Fountain Inn, SC. As an Engineering Technician, you will provide manufacturing engineering support by troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to achieve safety, quality, and delivery targets. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information

• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

• Associate degree in Mechatronics

• More than 1 year of technical experience

General Requirements

• Completion of Lightning Bolt, Confined Space, LOTO, Fall Protection, and Forklift License training

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other systems

• Effective written, oral, and electronic communication skills appropriate for the position

• Highly organized self-starter with good judgment

• Strong analytical skills

• Technical detail orientation

• Active team player

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint required; Power BI preferred)

• Experience utilizing problem-solving tools such as PDCA and A3

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to achieve safety, quality, and delivery targets

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures

• Adhere to Bosch’s established standards and procedures

• Demonstrate high levels of associate involvement and teamwork

• Provide continuous improvement ideas to enhance operations

• Maintain strong customer focus in all activities

• Identify projects to improve machine safety, quality, and reliability

• Complete projects to improve machine safety, quality, and reliability
