Pay Range : $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary : Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support wire harness manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with Production and Quality teams to interpret blueprints, create work instructions, support first article builds, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure efficient, high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret wire harness blueprints, schematics, and drawings Develop and maintain work instructions for assembly processes Build first article samples to validate new designs and documentation Support production teams with process improvements and troubleshooting Assist with SOPs, preventive maintenance documentation, and revision control Recommend tools, equipment, and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality Qualifications Preferred 3+ years of experience reading electrical blueprints Preferred 3+ years of wire harness assembly experience Experience creating work instructions (1–2 years) Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred (Not Required) Associate’s degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field Experience with Zuken, SolidWorks, or similar software Manufacturing floor and office setting Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Team-oriented, collaborative environment Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Manufacturing Industries : Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified about new Engineering Technician jobs in Roberts, WI . #J-18808-Ljbffr
