Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshoot to provide technical support to production teams. Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Conduct tests and experiments to validate and verify manufacturing processes. Train production staff on new processes and equipment, and develop and maintain manufacturing documentation. Qualifications Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Familiarity with quality control processes and methodologies. Proficiency in technical problem‑solving and analytical skills.
