Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshoot to provide technical support to production teams. Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Conduct tests and experiments to validate and verify manufacturing processes. Train production staff on new processes and equipment, and develop and maintain manufacturing documentation. Qualifications Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Familiarity with quality control processes and methodologies. Proficiency in technical problem‑solving and analytical skills. Learning on the fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and will try anything to find solutions; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of anything. Problem solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers. Collaborative team player: Is intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions. Humility: self‑aware, vulnerable, willing to reflect critically on opportunities for self‑improvement.
