We are seeking motivated Engineering Technicians to support assembly operations in a newly expanded manufacturing area focused on power distribution units (PDUs), DataBar systems, and cable assemblies. • Collaborate with Materials, Quality, and Test Engineering departments to resolve production challenges.
  • Monitor assembly quality and performance, ensuring products meet specifications and standards.
  • Provide on-the-job training to assemblers as needed and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.) for viewing and interpreting drawings.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively on the production floor.

Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
