Job Summary


This position provides support for various functions within the Enrollment Management departments. Positions available on Floyd campus as well as Cartersville and Marietta instructional sites.

Responsibilities


  • Provides general office support assistance to Enrollment Management departments
  • Assist with virtual and in-person HUB customer service
  • Greets visitors both on campus and virtually; acts as a central referral resource, providing basic information and assistance regarding the college
  • Refers prospective and continuing students, as well as community visitors, to appropriate personnel
  • Escorts students to appropriate offices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications


  • Must be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College
  • Must be Pell Grant eligible (FAFSA)
  • Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Must have an unmet need based on total cost of attendance of student

Proposed Salary


$10.00 per hour
