Job Summary
This position provides support for various functions within the Enrollment Management departments. Positions available on Floyd campus as well as Cartersville and Marietta instructional sites.
Responsibilities
- Provides general office support assistance to Enrollment Management departments
- Assist with virtual and in-person HUB customer service
- Greets visitors both on campus and virtually; acts as a central referral resource, providing basic information and assistance regarding the college
- Refers prospective and continuing students, as well as community visitors, to appropriate personnel
- Escorts students to appropriate offices
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College
- Must be Pell Grant eligible (FAFSA)
- Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
- Must have an unmet need based on total cost of attendance of student
Proposed Salary
$10.00 per hour
