Job Description - Roles and ResponsibilitiesMission The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for the complete management of the establishment of the PDI/SDI according to the phasing and the schedule proposed to the cooperative concerned.In particular, he will be responsible for creating and presenting the following deliverables:Diagnostic ReportIS mappingTarget architectureRoadmap IT 3–5 ansProject portfolioFinancial EstimateRecommended IT GovernanceCODIR presentation supportThe Enterprise Architect is accountable for all project deliverables and their compliance with quality, schedule, and governance requirements.To do this, it relies on internal teams, including the internal Enterprise Architect who has already carried out this type of mission, and the business stakeholders of the organizations concerned, who contribute to the production of these deliverables.However, the Enterprise Architect remains responsible for the overall consistency, quality and validation of the deliverables produced, as well as their presentation in the project's governance bodies.Must skills:Skills & ExpertiseWorkshop facilitation and stakeholder management — Knowledge of public / inter‑municipal issues — IT strategic advice to CODIR — Development of IT / PDI master plans — Enterprise Architecture expertise — Experience in utilities (water, energy, SCADA, GIS) — Frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT, ITIL —
