Enterprise Architect Apply
In this role, you will design and govern the architecture of a global software engineering ecosystem that supports thousands of engineers. You will combine strategic architectural thinking with strong technical expertise to shape modern, scalable, and secure engineering platforms. Acting as a bridge between software R&D teams, enterprise architecture, and IT governance, you will ensure the engineering ecosystem remains integrated, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s technology roadmap.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain the architecture for the software engineering platform and services.Evaluate the current tooling ecosystem and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.Translate engineering and business needs into clear technical architectures and solution designs,Ensure seamless integration between developer platforms, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure.Maintain scalable, secure, and reliable systems supporting large engineering environments.Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and identity & access management policies.Provide architectural guidance to engineering and DevOps teams.Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and industry trends, including AI-assisted development.What you bringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT architecture, DevOps, platform engineering, or large-scale systems design.Experience with developer platforms and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, and Atlassian.Strong knowledge of CI/CD architectures and modern DevOps practices.Experience with virtualization, networking, storage, and distributed systems.Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms.Understanding of generative AI systems, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to guide teams and support architectural decision-making in complex technical environments.
