Enterprise Architect Usc And Gc Apply
- Design and lead the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture that supports the organization's Objectives and Key Results
- Drive alignment and governance across the various architectural domains (e.g., Business, Information, Technology, and Security).
- Understand, advocate and support the enterprise's strategies along with assisting in the development and implementation/realization of the various product and solution roadmaps.
- Analyze the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Analyze the technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise and its architecture.
- Identify and analyze enterprise business drivers to derive useful business context.
- Promote the EA process, outcomes and results to the organization, including the enterprise's IT and business leaders.
- Work with portfolio stakeholders, engage in the enterprise prioritization meetings, and align with methodology to realize the implementation of key future state initiatives.
- Lead the evaluation and recommendation of solution and technology standards and help implement governance processes to ensure enterprise alignment.
- Consult with product management, cross-functional architects and delivery teams, aligning solution designs to the defined future state, identify opportunities to modify/mature the architecture to accommodate changes.
- Help lead the development and execution of a communication and education plan for the enterprise architecture.
- Identify required architectural pipeline in support of upcoming business features/capabilities, and where necessary work with business leadership to ensure that it is prioritized.
- Participate in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives, formulating an architectural vision to drive delivery.
- Advises leadership about industry best practices, trends, and technology, which would influence the organization's strategic direction.
