Desired profile Job Knowledge:
- Engineering Graduate in Telecommunication. Relevant experience in Telecom network
Installation Commissioning and Configuration is necessary.
- Good understanding of Solution desing, technology and platform is must
Network Skill & Knowledge:
Find the best tech solution to solve existing business problems.
Good in As-Is study and articulate the To-Be solution
Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the software to
project stakeholders.
Define features, development phases, and solution requirements.
Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
Major Challenges
New technology adaptation & Integrations
OEM / Partner / Vendor Management Solution closure, Architecture Blueprint & Partner
and project reviews
Creating synergy amongst Cross-functional Mobility teams.
Resolve conflicting Business requirements in absence of adequate resources
Maintain consistent interaction, transparent work ethos and regular feedback from all
the above.
