We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Platformto lead enterprise data transformation initiatives within the Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks, dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure, AWS, Data Governance, and Modern Data Platforms, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, cloud-based data solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Lead enterprise data platform strategy, architecture, and end-to-end delivery. Manage cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, governance, and cloud technologies. Design and implement modern data platforms using Databricks, Azure, AWS, and dbt. Develop scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and enterprise data pipelines. Establish data governance, architecture standards, and best practices. Drive CI/CD, automation, testing, monitoring, and platform optimization. Support Asset Management functions including Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Performance, and Client Reporting. Manage program planning, delivery governance, KPIs, SLAs, risks, and executive reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data products and deliver scalable data solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Platform development. Strong leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programs. Hands‑on expertise with Databricks, dbt (Data Build Tool), and Apache Airflow. Experience building cloud‑native data platforms using Azure and AWS. Strong knowledge of data engineering, data architecture, ETL/ELT, and modern data platform design. Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage. Experience implementing CI/CD, automation, and observability for enterprise data platforms. Asset Management industry experience is required. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture and real‑time data processing. Knowledge of modern analytics platforms and enterprise reporting solutions. Experience supporting regulatory reporting and financial services data platforms. Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or Databricks are preferred.
