Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Apply
We are seeking an entry-level Facilities Help Desk Specialist to support internal employees with account access, authentication, and basic technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for individuals who have a foundational understanding of corporate enterprise systems and are comfortable assisting users with password resets, login issues, and general access support. The specialist will also handle light troubleshooting related to authentication tools, web applications, VPN services, and Active Directory while delivering a positive and service‑focused experience to every internal customer.
