Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead efforts to identify and address operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a large enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other relevant software.
  • Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
