Job Title: Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Specialist Right to hire 3-6 months 40+ hours a week In-Office Position Job Summary The Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. This role involves real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with other IT teams to resolve incidents. The EOC Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining technology stability and providing support for technology-related problems. Key Responsibilities Monitoring: Continuously monitor technology systems, servers, and applications to detect and resolve issues promptly. Incident Response: Respond to incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technology problems, including connectivity issues, hardware failures, and performance bottlenecks. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and resolutions in the ITSM system. Reporting: Generate and analyze technology performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless technology operations and support. Training: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices and participate in ongoing training and development. Qualifications Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations or a related role. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, or equivalent are preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in technology monitoring tools and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to technology management. Working Conditions This position requires shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
