Overview We are seeking a dedicated ERP Administrator to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Epicor/Kinetic ERP environment for our client in the manufacturing industry. The ERP Administrator will serve as the in-house subject matter expert, ensuring reliable system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and translating those requirements into effective ERP solutions. This role supports our manufacturing operations by providing technical support, developing customizations, monitoring system health, and leading upgrades and migration projects. Responsibilities Maintain, configure, and continuously improve the Epicor/Kinetic ERP environment. Serve as the in-house ERP subject matter expert and ensure reliable system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Provide technical support, develop customizations, monitor system health, and lead upgrades and migration projects. Qualifications Experience with Epicor/Kinetic ERP or equivalent ERP systems. Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical implementations.
