Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect to join our growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of technical strategy, pre-sales leadership, and enterprise customer success. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer goals, design impactful solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes using our mobile testing platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Pre-Sales Engagement

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to qualify opportunities and provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle
• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, workflows, and strategic objectives
• Deliver compelling demos, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs)
• Architect and present tailored solutions that demonstrate how our platform resolves customer challenges
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical evaluations, and competitive positioning strategies

Technical Implementation & Customer Success

• Support onboarding by guiding customers through best-practice implementation and integrations
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Provide hands-on assistance with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and troubleshooting
• Ensure on-premise labs are configured, secure, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise standards
• Train customer teams on lab operations, automation best practices, and platform features
• Analyze KPIs across lab performance, productivity, and business impact to demonstrate platform value

Thought Leadership & Continuous Innovation

• Stay informed on emerging trends in mobile testing, DevOps, automation, and competitive solutions
• Represent customer insights in product discussions and advocate for feature enhancements
• Create technical content including whitepapers, case studies, guides, and demo videos
• Represent the organization as a subject-matter expert at conferences, industry events, and webinars

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role such as Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Enterprise Architect
• Background in application testing, QA, or DevOps is preferred
• Experience with mobile apps or mobile testing is a plus

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and enterprise integration
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Tosca, Katalon, LoadRunner, and similar solutions
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or related mobile automation tools is a plus

Business & Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to lead discovery workshops, architect solutions, and influence decision-making
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to balance sales objectives with technical credibility
