Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and executives to understand strategic goals and define the long-term architectural vision and technology roadmaps.
- Lead the design of complex, enterprise-level solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- This includes creating architectural blueprints, system designs, technical specifications.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into tangible technical solutions and effectively communicate the rationale to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Provide hands-on guidance to project teams.
- Lead design reviews, mentor architects and developers, and ensure compliance with best practices and architectural standards.
- Proactively identify and manage technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of architectural frameworks like TOGAF or equivalent methodologies.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud migration strategies.
- Experience with development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), DevOps practices, Microservices and Data analytics.
- Continuously evaluate new and emerging DigitalAI technologies, tools, and platforms to improve business capabilities and drive innovation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
