Summary: The Enterprise Systems Monitoring Technician will monitor the day-to-day operations of a large-scale computing infrastructure and manage incidents by responding to alerts, maintaining incident tickets, and leading incident bridges. This role requires working overnight shifts and includes coordinating with various stakeholders, including executive leadership, during critical incidents. The technician will also support the deployment of changes and ensure SOX compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure supporting 300+ applications and address alarms by logging alerts, creating service tickets, and notifying stakeholders.
- Lead service incident calls and maintain incident tickets, notifying executive leadership of critical issues.
- Assist in triaging incidents, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the development team in deployment tasks.
- Ensure compliance with SOX by executing change requests and maintaining detailed records.
- Send timely notifications for incidents and maintain communication with management.
- Execute incident and change requests as part of IT operations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 5+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 1 year of IT experience.
- Prior experience with help desk or incident management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
- Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and IT Service Desk models.
- Experience working in large-scale IT environments and critical incident management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage calls and communicate with executive leadership.
