Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Join a large, well-established company with a collaborative culture and opportunities for professional growth. Play a key role in delivering accurate billing and excellent customer service, while supporting critical operational processes. Primary Services is actively recruiting for an Entry Level Billing Associate to support a large, established client. In this role, you will ensure billing accuracy, manage service orders, and resolve customer inquiries, serving as a vital point of contact for internal teams and external customers. This position provides exposure to core utility operations while offering the chance to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Review and analyze billing exceptions and make corrections in the customer billing system. Initiate and process service orders accurately and efficiently. Investigate tamper codes and identify appropriate resolutions. Resolve customer inquiries including bill adjustments, sales tax exemptions, rate changes, and follow‑up items. Communicate findings and solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Support billing accuracy and compliance within operational processes. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Demonstrated billing experience, preferably in a utility or related industry. Proficient with Banner CIS, SAP, or similar billing systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in billing processes. Familiarity with utility operations and service order management.
