Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate – Renewable Clean Energy | Houston, TX

Revitalized Acquisitions is growing in Houston, TX, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associates. In this role, you’ll support our clean energy campaign by engaging with prospective business customers, answering questions, and helping them enroll in sustainable energy solutions.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in customer service, sales, and client interaction—while making a meaningful impact in the renewable energy space.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective business customers

  • Provide accurate, helpful information about clean energy products and services

  • Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish

  • Present clean energy solutions on behalf of our clients to drive new enrollments

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and assist with follow-up communication

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offerings, pricing, and service benefits

  • Accurately track interactions and customer progress using CRM software

  • Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen customer service and sales skills

  • Help achieve both team and individual sales goals while delivering excellent customer experiences

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless enrollment journey

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

  • No experience required—full training is provided

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A positive attitude and passion for helping others

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact in a mission-driven environment
