We are hiring an Entry-Level Gardener in Cohasset, MA to join our growing landscaping and horticulture team. The position involves hands-on work with seasonal plantings, container gardens, and general landscape upkeep across residential and commercial properties in Cohasset. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including watering, weeding, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Support installation of seasonal plantings, flowers, shrubs, and container gardens throughout Cohasset.
• Perform basic pruning and general plant care under guidance from senior team members.
• Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Help prepare garden beds and outdoor spaces for planting projects.
• Observe and report plant health issues to senior gardeners or supervisors.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred.
