Entry-Level IT Service Desk & Onsite Support

Imaging HP laptops and desktops via MS MECM. Provisioning iPhones and iPads joined to company MDM. Password resets, collecting information in tickets to pass along, basic error messages, basic questions, archiving/wiping/repurposing returned equipment. Cleaning up IT areas/inventory. Serving as a “runner” for onsite IT lead, meeting room support, guest Wi‑Fi. Please Note: Entry level candidates are preferred.
