This position would be with one of our Psych and Behavioral teams. The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused around sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Staffing Consultants work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-environment committed to serving the most vulnerable populations in our communities while pursuing personal and professional development. Great candidates for this role thrive on a high-level of responsibility paired with opportunities for career growth. Staffing Consultant Responsibilities: Operate at all times with a high-level of honesty and integrity Develop strong relationships with clients and providers, serving as their primary point of contact Serve the day to day needs of clients and providers providing unparalleled customer service Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients' needs Facilitate rapid on-boarding of providers Prepare our healthcare providers for successful transitions into new roles Manage providers on assignments and ensure they are meeting client and company expectations Manage additional operations including payroll, marketing and scheduling Qualified candidates have either Sales or recruiting experience and Customer service experience or* A Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications Takes initiative Resourceful Willing to learn and adapt, flexible Teamwork abilities Ambitious & Competitive Leader Pay & Benefits: Base salary, commission 15 days PTO Six paid holidays and two additional floating holidays 401K with 4% Employer Match Medical, dental, and vision benefits (SDI, accident/injury insurance, critical illness insurance, life insurance) Higher education tuition reimbursement Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Details City : San Diego State : California Pay Rate : $62,000.00
