About Job We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support internal marketing coordination and brand-related activities at our Cincinnati, OH location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital content support, and cross-department collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency. Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, presentations, and internal resources. Assist with basic social media content scheduling and monitoring under team guidance. Help prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, and promotional communications. Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and content updates. Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and project documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts is preferred. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
