Location: Design District area/on Biscayne Blvd & 40th
Work Scenario: 4 days In-office (Tues, Wed, Thurs) 1 day Remote (pick Mon or Fri)
Schedule: Mon-Thur 8:30-5:15pm & Fri 8:30-4pm (paid for full 40 hours)
Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Keys to this role
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration Required;
- Or has 120 credit completed towards degree;
- w GPA at least 3.5;

Position Overview: Assists with full cycle accounting for Foundations investments. Performs variety of functions:
- Accounting - GL posting and reconciliations, entries, bank and account reconciliations, processes A/P and A/R - donor Foundation side. Assists Controller with special projects and audit.
- Investment Analysis - for the Foundation, from well-diversified traditional investments to alternative private equity and venture capital funds; and Analysis of the transactions; Communicates with third party administrator on certain funds.
- Financial Reporting and Reconciliations of Investment Accounts- review of funds from endowment, donor, bequests, agency and other given assets; Separately Managed Accounts and blended portfolio.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business Major; or at least 120 credits completed is required. Minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.
