  • Oversee third-party contractors and vendors on site, ensuring adherence to safety standards
  • Prioritise and manage workload effectively across competing demands

Collaboration & Culture

  • Partner cross-functionally to embed EHS into all aspects of site operations
  • Support and lead EHS committees and initiatives
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and accountability

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years’ experience in EHS within Pharma/Biopharma or a highly regulated environment
  • Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations (e.g. OSHA, EPA, cGMP)
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing EHS programs within operational environments
  • Experience leading investigations, audits, and compliance activities
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial hygiene, process safety, and environmental controls
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key Attributes

  • Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset
  • Visible leader who is approachable, accountable, and credible on the ground
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage across teams
  • High level of integrity and ownership

Working Environment

  • On-site role across office, laboratory, and manufacturing areas
  • Involvement in cleanroom environments (gowning required)
  • Fast-paced, high-demand setting with multiple priorities
