Seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Waller, TX.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting both plant and field operations, with the opportunity to help build and shape a growing safety program.

Key Highlights:

• Lead site-level EHS programs across facility and field operations
• Drive compliance, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee environmental permitting and regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA, DOT)
• Partner closely with operations leadership to enhance safety performance
• Lead incident investigations, RCA, and corrective actions

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–15+ years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong background in environmental compliance and regulatory interaction
• Proven leadership in both plant and field environments
• Hands-on, proactive leader with a strong field presence

Comp: $115K–$125K + bonus

Schedule: Mon–Fri (occasional weekends)
