Environmental Engineer ( Civil )

Starting Salary: $90,000-$120,000 (Based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including: treatment plants, storage tanks, pumping stations, distribution systems, and collection systems
- Proven ability and proficiency with interpreting and preparing engineering designs, plans and specifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills for conveying information to regulators, contractors, clients, and the public
- Ability to work self-motivated and under light supervision in a multidisciplinary environment
- Will join a team of engineers on a variety of exciting and dynamic municipal water and sewer projects
Requirements
- Must have storm environmental or water and sewer engineering background
- Water/Wastewater Design Engineer (5-7) years of experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or Engineer- in Training (EIT) advancing toward PE licensures
- Must have EIT certification
- Strong knowledge of land surveying laws, regulations and industry best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
