Benefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.**What You Drive at DTNA*** Interface with regulatory agencies to stay compliant and inform Management of impact on new laws and action plans* Perform plant environmental studies involving pollutants, waste handling and health* Research, collect data analyze and prepare federal, state and local reports as required* Assist in the coordination of hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipment from the facility* Promote and perform effective application of all environmental training programs* Perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections and follow up for hazardous waste, storm water, and general housekeeping. Assist with sampling efforts and protocols* Assist all management and supervisory personnel in the application of all environmental laws, regulations and programs* Coordinate environmental compliance inspections (air, water, RCRA, etc) with state or federal officials as needed.
