Duration: 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with environmental compliance and regulatory reporting activities
• Support environmental sampling efforts, including biological and water quality studies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on environmental initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Contribute to sustainability programs and environmental impact reduction efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with permitting processes
• Participate in multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in environmental sampling and compliance
• Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes
• Experience with or ability to support biological and/or water quality studies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather condition

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating power boats or other watercraft
• Familiarity with fieldwork related to aquatic or environmental studies
