Job Overview
Lead and maintain the plant's environmental management system to ensure compliance, reduce waste, promote sustainability, and support a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Conduct and manage environmental training programs SWP3, SPCC, RCRA
Oversee hazardous and non hazardous waste management
Monitor air emissions, wastewater, and stormwater compliance
Maintain and report environmental data, including Tier II and TRI Form R reports
Support ISO14001 and 45001 EHS management systems
Drive cultural change and engage employees in environmental performance

Qualifications

Degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Health and Safety
3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of RCRA, SWP3, PSM, Tier II, Form R, SPCC, and wastewater compliance
ASP, CSP, or COSHO certification preferred
