Job Description-Title: Epicor ERP Support

Location: On-site in St. Louis

Visa: USC, GC

The job description is loaded we primarily need someone capable of Epicor support/maintenance. They also need to be onsite.

Technical Skills and Epicor Expertise:

• Epicor Customization and Development: Proficiency in Epicor ERP customization, including Customization Workbench, screen modification, module tailoring, and extension development.
• Epicor E10 and Kinetic Proficiency: Extensive experience working with both Epicor E10 and Epicor Kinetic versions, with a strong understanding of their unique features and functionalities.
• Epicor Upgrade Experience: Proven track record of leading or supporting upgrades, including planning, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and training. Familiarity with best practices for upgrading from E10 to Kinetic is essential.
• Business Process Management (BPM): Experience designing and managing BPM workflows to improve automation and enhance system processes.
• BAQs and Dashboards: Strong skills in creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Business Activity Queries (BAQs) and dashboards for analytical and operational support.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in C# for custom coding within Epicor, including embedded scripts and system customizations.
• Data Integration: Familiarity with Epicor integration tools, such as Epicor Service Connect, Epicor REST API, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), for system integrations and data exchange.
• Data Management Tool (DMT): Proficiency with Epicor's Data Management Tool for data migrations, bulk updates, and imports.
• SQL and SSRS: Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing databases, along with SSRS experience for building, managing, and deploying reports.
• Business and Functional Knowledge

• ERP Module Proficiency: Strong understanding of Epicor ERP modules such as Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory, with the ability to configure and support these modules based on business needs.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop technical specifications.
• Problem Solving and Support: Proven track record of troubleshooting issues, resolving system inefficiencies, and providing reliable Epicor ERP support.
• Additional Skills

• Documentation: Competency in creating technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, customizations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Change Management: Experience with change control, testing, and deployment within ERP environments.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with users, IT, and business stakeholders.
