Our client, a leading Aerospace & Defense manufacturer, is implementing Epicor Kinetic in the GCC Cloud across three facilities (two in California and one in Colorado). They are seeking a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and ensure a successful go-live. This role requires strong ERP project leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at speed in a high-precision, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Epicor Kinetic implementation across all three sites.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to align the system to business processes.

  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

  • Provide user training to approximately 100–120 employees, ensuring clear adoption and best practices.

  • Work closely with IT, departmental leads, and external partners to drive project momentum.

  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.

  • Ensure alignment with manufacturing best practices and Aerospace & Defense compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Epicor Kinetic Project Management experience (full lifecycle implementations preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of both Finance and Operations modules.

  • Experience working in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or similar regulated industries.

  • Ability to train end users across multiple sites.

  • Proven ability to manage complex ERP programs with speed, clarity, and organization.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work onsite at client locations in CA and CO as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • GCC Cloud experience with Epicor Kinetic.

  • Hands-on SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Wireless Warehouse for Epicor.

  • Experience with QuickShip.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain, inventory, quality, and shop-floor processes.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of going direct.  This is full time contract.
