Epicor Kinetic Project Manager Apply
Our client, a leading Aerospace & Defense manufacturer, is implementing Epicor Kinetic in the GCC Cloud across three facilities (two in California and one in Colorado). They are seeking a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and ensure a successful go-live. This role requires strong ERP project leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at speed in a high-precision, regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Epicor Kinetic implementation across all three sites.

Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional coordination.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to align the system to business processes.

Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

Provide user training to approximately 100–120 employees, ensuring clear adoption and best practices.

Work closely with IT, departmental leads, and external partners to drive project momentum.

Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.

Ensure alignment with manufacturing best practices and Aerospace & Defense compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications

Epicor Kinetic Project Management experience (full lifecycle implementations preferred).

Strong knowledge of both Finance and Operations modules.

Experience working in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or similar regulated industries.

Ability to train end users across multiple sites.

Proven ability to manage complex ERP programs with speed, clarity, and organization.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work onsite at client locations in CA and CO as needed.
Preferred Skills

GCC Cloud experience with Epicor Kinetic.

Hands-on SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Wireless Warehouse for Epicor.

Experience with QuickShip.

Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain, inventory, quality, and shop-floor processes.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of going direct. This is full time contract.
