We are seeking a multifaceted professional to fill the role of Enterprise Project Manager, Quality Assurance, and Business Analyst. This unique position will require an individual who can manage large-scale projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and analyze business needs to drive effective solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, expertise in quality assurance practices, and a keen ability to analyze and articulate business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (EPM):

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Experience of managing Data Analytics project is preferred.
  • Execution: Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate communication between various departments.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, issues, and resolutions.

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on project requirements.
  • Execution: Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and processes to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects or issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all deliverables meet defined quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes and methodologies.

Business Analysis (BA):

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Analysis: Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases.
  • Validation: Work with stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business needs and provide value.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSQA, CBAP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, and business analysis.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
    • Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies, including automated and manual testing.
    • Solid analytical skills with experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), QA tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP), and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Balsamiq).
