We are hiring an Equipment Operator (Forklift) to support warehouse operations in Elk Grove Village. This position is a great fit for someone with forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work, physical activity, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Type – Temp to Hire
Job Duties
- Operate a forklift to move, stage, and load materials
- Perform general labor tasks such as palletizing, wrapping, and material handling
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Follow warehouse safety and quality standards
Schedule
Multiple shifts available, including:
- AM shift - Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Night shift – Sunday-Tuesday: 7PM – 5:30 AM : Thursday-Saturday: 8:30 PM – 7AM
- Exact schedule will be assigned based on business needs.
Pay
- $18.00 per hour for first shift
- $18.25 per hour for overnight shifts
Requirements
- At least 6 months of forklift operation experience
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
