Shift Details: 1st Shift
Day Starts: 07:30AM
Day Ends: 03:30PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

JOB Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck experience
Experience with I-WAREHOUSE machines
Ability to operate counterbalance forklift
Double blade pallet jack experience
Proficient in using a Reach Truck and Cherry Picker
Warehouse experience required
Reliable form of transportation
Ability to wear a headset while operating the reach truck; instructions are provided via computer-generated tickets in English
Work environment is not temperature-controlled
Steel toe boots required

Key Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail: Accurately inspect deliveries, matching items with packing slips, purchase orders, and documentation. Detect damaged goods, count items correctly, and spot discrepancies early.
Organizational Skills: Manage paperwork, keep the receiving area tidy, and label and store items systematically.
Technical Proficiency: Be comfortable with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, barcode scanners, RFID, and similar tools.
Problem-Solving & Handling Discrepancies: Detect and resolve issues such as missing or damaged shipments quickly.
Communication & Teamwork: Communicate clearly with internal team members and other departments. Collaborate effectively, help coworkers, and assist in problem resolution regarding warehouse operations within your spectrum.
Adaptability & Learning Agility: Quickly adapt to new processes, systems, or changes in workflows. Be open to training and adept at picking up new software or procedures.
Dependability & Reliability: Be punctual, consistent, and trustworthy in getting tasks done without close supervision.
Safety Awareness: Prioritize safe practices in handling goods and operating equipment. Understand and follow safety protocols and regulations.
Time Management & Prioritization: Handle high-volume shipments and multiple tasks efficiently. Use systems like FIFO (first-in, first-out) and prioritize time-sensitive goods effectively.
